We offer shipping service for all items online to most countries of the world. Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in CN, in plain brown boxes with envelopes.

When in stock, Shipped within 2 working days; Out of stock, Shipped within 3-7 working days. Exculde big holidays and irresistible factors.

Kindly Note:

Pure electricity( such as power bank, batteries...), liquid and other special products we have made national restrictions on sales. If you find that you cannot buy the order, it means that the product cannot be delivered to your country at present. Sorry for any trouble to you!!!

When can I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2-7 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive in between 7-25 business days(tracking shipping method) or 45-60 business days(NO tracking shipping method) after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location .  We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service.

A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at www.17track.net. or https://track.yw56.com.cn/en/querydel

What are your shipping rates?

We have a fixed shipping rate of $1-$4.99 USD to all destinations worldwide.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we do ship worldwide. But in case your country may not be supported by our logistics, we will inform you right away and make necessary changes to your order. To know more about our destination listings, contact us via service@usadino.com.

How can I change my Shipping Address?

Changing of address is only allowed on or before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day of placing an order. You may contact us via service@usadino.com to request for such changes. 

If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to change your address, thank you for your understanding and support

 

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Working days.

Return

If the product you received is damaged or incorrect , please contact us in a timely manner with related photos or a specific video. You could request either a full refund or a replacement item once our factory confirm that. 
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

All return requests for unwanted items must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Kindly keep it neat and in its original packaging.
If you need to return an item, simply email us including your order number, reason for return and it would be great if related pictures could be attached. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
